Working With Grandpa

Grandpa put the kids to work when we were in Utah. He had them paint some boards for the tree house he was building. How's the treehouse coming, Grandpa? Have you made any progress since we left? We hope it is done by the time we come back!

Nora, Matthew and Samuel. We had to explain several times that paint was only to go on the board. Not on your body (or anyone else's body for that matter!).

The kids took the work very seriously.

And Calvin took his swinging very seriously. He had fun playing while the big kids painted.

Nora loved to play in the backyard at Grandma Carol Lee and Grandpa John's house. They have a fantastic yard for playing. Lots of room to run, a swing set, a sand box, and a place to ride bikes. Just wait until the tree house is finished, it is going to be kid heaven.

Grandma Carol Lee is in heaven in this picture. Surrounded by her kidlets. You can barely even see her. The kids like to go to Grandma's room and watch an episode of Pink Panther. Or "Pink Pantha" as Nora calls it. We sure do miss our cousins and Grandparents!

I don't see any paint on the kids in these pictures. How did John manage that.

Yes, I'm totally in heaven with my kidlets. Please let people know that the Pink Panther episodes are 5 minutes each. Thus, they are our favorite show!!!
